ABOUT

Description

Created by acclaimed Australian arts company Legs On The Wall, Highly Sprung is a new, outdoor, trampoline spectacle that will bounce its way into Broadbeach as part of Bleach* Festival 2017.

This dynamic new work takes place on a series of Olympic sized trampolines, binding acrobatics, dance, physical theatre and music into an irresistible collision of performance and playground.

Choreographic, acrobatic and storytelling skills will wow in this physical theatre piece that explores the everyday challenges of four people finding it difficult to start the day.

Following each performance, the stage becomes a public playground, as you the audience — young and old — are invited to kick off your shoes and become part of the Bleach* Festival cast!

Legs On The Wall have performed all over the world to audiences tallying over half-a-million people, including at the opening night of the London Cultural Olympiad in 2012 (The Voyage), Homelands in the Sydney CBD, and most recently at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow (Perch).
