BLEACHED ARTS LTD. Operations Coordinator
Bleach* Festival through Bleached Arts Ltd is looking for a dynamic individual who will work as part of a small and dedicated team to take the Festival to a new and exciting phase as we move towards integration and involvement with the Commonwealth Games Cultural Program in 2018 and beyond!
About the role: As the Operations Coordinator at Bleached Arts you will contribute to the planning and delivery of the company’s projects and programs including our centrepiece, Bleach* Festival. This role also administratively supports the systems and client service processes required for ensuring the maintenance and enhancement of the company’s quality and professional performance. The role will include being the first point of call for both telephone customers and face-to-face visitors. This is a busy and challenging role which requires a good deal of creativity, flexibility, time management and attention to detail in your approach, however if you thrive in a busy office environment maintaining the highest professional standards – then this is the role for you!
Are you the right person for the job?
If you are the right person for the job you will possess:
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Administration, Marketing and or the Arts
A comprehensive working knowledge of and ability to provide quality, professional services via the full MS Office suite as well as Indesign (or similar), WordPress and more
A talent for organisation, with strong attention to detail and an ability to seamlessly integrate systems and procedures into daily tasks within a team environment.
A proven ability to implement the successful delivery of marketing strategies and campaigns through social media channels with a view to the growth of the Festival database and online engagement
A demonstrated flair for graphic design and writing effective copy suitable for a range of formats (including digital media) and producing and delivering a range of marketing collateral and materials that engages audiences, participants, media and clients.
A personable, polite and engaging communication style with a desire to be the public face of an arts organisation
A multi-skilled and adaptable nature proficient in a range of functions and applications
A strong work ethic
A passion for the Gold Coast and bringing fun and enjoyment to the workplace
A passion for the arts
This is a full time position and the salary will be based on the applicant’s experience and negotiable through an interview process.
